Adrian Renee (Thornton) Brown 64, of Hayward passed away on May 15 with her family by her side. Born on September 28, 1956, she lived briefly in Keflavik, Iceland, she lived most of her life in Hayward, CA. Adrian always put family first, it was the most important thing in her life. Adrian raised two children with her husband Wilbert Brown and was married for 42 years. She sacrificed everything for them, doing anything she could to provide the best. She enjoyed many gatherings with, aunts uncles, and cousins. On camping trips, picnics, holidays, and mostly sharing a meal and just spending time together. She loved sewing and embroidery, and making hand made gifts for the people she loved. Surviving one battle with breast cancer, she always stayed strong and never gave up fighting.
She is survived by her husband Wilbert Lee Brown, her son Wilbert Maurice Brown, and daughter Amber Rae Brown, her brother Rolland Thornton, her sister Bernadette Stout, and husband Brian Stout, her niece and nephew Serena and Damian Stout.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Christine (Pacheco) Thornton and Howard Junior Thornton.
Adrian was an inspiration, she was a leader, a fighter, a lover and she is irreplaceable. She will always be missed by all who love her. Forever in our hearts, until we meet again…
Visitation will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, St. Michael Chapel on Wednesday June 9, 2021 from 4:00-8:00pm. Thursday June 10, 2021 from 4:00-8:00pm Vigil/Rosary Service 7:00pm. Friday June 11, 2021 visitation 9:00am-9:45am (immediate family) Mass at St. Joachim Catholic Church 10:30am Burial will follow to Holy Sepulchure Cemetery after Mass.
