Ida Evelyn Lamb, a longtime resident of Livermore CA, died Sep. 28, 2022. She was 96.
She was born in Oakland CA Jan. 17, 1926, married an Air Force service man in 1949, lived in cities across the U.S. and overseas in France, returned to Oakland, and then moved to Livermore in the early 1970s. She enjoyed her family, dogs and chickens, reading mystery books, movies at theatres, and cooking.
Mrs. Lamb is survived by her daughter, Mary Feldman of Ridgecrest CA; her sons, George Lamb Jr. of Livermore CA and Larry Lamb of Tampa FL; nine grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Mary and Manuel Silva Gaspar; husband, George Lamb Sr. who died in 1990; son Michael Rae Lamb; and daughter, Beverly Ann King.
