Janet graduated from Holy Names High School in Oakland California and then went on to Marymount College in Palos Verdes. While at Marymount, she studied and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language. On July 6, 1968, Janet married Buzz (Albert) Bertolero. They were lucky to have celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary back in 2018 with family and friends. Janet spent the last fifty-one years living in San Ramon where she was a career Homemaker. Janet was known for her extreme love of animals. During her lifetime, Janet had many pets that included dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, and rodents. They filled her life with joy.
