Janet Pedrini

JANET LORRAINE (STOLP) PEDRINI February 18, 1947-July 10, 2025 Former resident of Half Moon Bay and Livermore CA Jan passed quietly after battling health issues for several years. She leaves behind her daughter Nicole (Steve) Riley of Tracy, son Christopher (Cindy DeTata) Pedrini of Redwood City, and son Vincent Pedrini of Brentwood. She also leaves behind thirteen grandchildren she adored, Hannah, Benjamin and Abigail Riley, Makena, Siena, Genevieve, Christopher and Maliea Pedrini, Moorea and Mya Pedrini, and Blake, Chiara and Serena DeTata. She will be missed by her brother Dennis (Stacy) Stolp, her sister Bernadette Valenzuela, brother-in-law Bill (Kathy), and sisters-in-law Sandi and Sue (Jim). She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Michael, her parents Bernard and Yvonne, and nephew Matthew. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins. Jan was born in San Francisco where she attended Catholic schools, graduating from Notre Dame de Victoire High School in 1965. She married Mike in 1968, and they made their home in Half Moon Bay, where they raised their family until moving to Livermore in 2011. Mike and Jan loved to travel, visiting nearly every state in the US and many countries all over the world. Jan was extremely devoted to her family and her grandchildren meant everything to her. She was outgoing, generous and thoughtful. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Livermore on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 11:00am. Interment is at St. Michael cemetery with a reception immediately following. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Shriners Children’s Hospital, which were her favorite charities.
