Jack Azevedo will be laid to rest on Friday, May 03, 2024, at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery - St. Simon section. Burial is scheduled from 1:00PM - 1:30PM, family and friends are asked to gather in the parking lot of the Holy Sepulchre Funeral Center, 1051 Harder Road, Hayward, CA 94542 at 12:30PM so that all may accompany Jack in the procession to his final resting place.

He will be dearly missed.

November 2, All Souls Day: Our gates will be open for visitors at sunrise at 7:00 am and will close at Sunset at 6:00 pm. Please plan accordingly.
