Louise V. Mahoney, born in Rock Springs, Wyoming and a resident of Hayward for 70 years, passed away on November 15, 2020 at the age of 91. She was married to Russell Mahoney for 66 years and raised 6 children. A wonderful homemaker who loved cooking, baking, sewing, gardening, a long time member of St. Clements Church and avid bowler at Cloverleaf Bowling. Her loving generous spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
Louise is survived by her loving children David(Linda), Linda Cambra, Jim(Debbie), Dennis, John (Melodese) her grandchildren Brenda (Edwin), Sherry, Jolene, Lauren, Jeff(Hunter) Jennifer, Julie(DeAndre), Hadley, Heather and great- grandchildren Brittany, Katie, Tyler, Vanessa, Violet, Kristen, Carson, Wesley, Owen, and Grayson. She is also survived by her siblings Anita, Angie and Pete. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Russell Mahoney, her son Michael, daughter-in-law Jeanne, grandson Christopher and son-in-law Brian Cambra. Louise also was preceded in death by 8 of her 11 siblings Gloria, Helen, Pilar, Fred, Albert, Evelyn, Joe and Bill.
Louise will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Golden Gate National Cemetery.
