Marianne Eulner

Marianne Eulner passed away peacefully on February 22,2024 at the age of 79 following her fight with cancer. She was lovingly embraced by her family, prepared to embark on a peaceful journey to heaven. She is survived by her son, Donald Lukasik (Bev) from Meridian, Idaho, and daughter Sherri Sackl (Dave) from California as well as her cherished grandchildren Jessica Cristobal (JT), Melissa Lukasik (John-fiancé), Jacob Lukasik, Victoria Sackl, and Josef Sackl. 

 

Marianne was born on July 7,1944 in Brooklyn, New York to Arthur and Marie Eulner. She graduated from Martin Van Buren High School in Queens, New York in 1962. For 36 years, she enjoyed working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Idaho and California in the private sector as well as in the Veterans Administration. 

 

Marianne found joy in playing bingo and trivia, cherishing the moments spent with family and friends. She embraced laughter and had a passion for exploring new places. With a youthful spirit that radiated positivity, she exuded warmth and compassion towards others, embodying a zest for life that was truly inspiring. Marianne was committed to her faith and touched the lives of many.

 

The funeral service will be held at Saint Joan of Arc Parish, San Ramon, CA on March 15, 2024, 11:00 AM, officiated by Father Fred Riccio. 

 

In lieu of flowers, it was Marianne’s wish that memorial contributions be made in the form of charitable donations to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an organization that was very dear to her.
