Mary Constancia McGreal

In loving memory of Mary Constancia McGreal, who died on December 7, 2023 at age 80 following an illness. Mary was born on October 7, 1943 in Galway, Ireland, the youngest of seven children and the only daughter. After the family’s move to Birmingham, England, she met and married Kevin McGreal. Their journey led them to Toronto, Canada in 1967 where Mary worked in accounting and finance. In 1993 she moved to the United States and settled in California, where she employed her talents as a technical writer for the tech industry. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Hugh Gordon and Bridget Gordon (née Watters), and her six older brothers, Frank, Gil, Hugh, Pascal, Fred and Aiden. She is survived by her son Ryan McGreal (Jodi-Anne Taylor), her grandsons Ciaran Taylor-McGreal and Tadhg Taylor-McGreal, and a host of beloved nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be arranged in the coming weeks to honor and celebrate Mary’s life.
