MaryAnn “Anne” Martinez lost her four-year battle of a heart condition in Antioch, California, on April 9, 2022. She was 44 years young.
Born on January 12,1978 in Manila, Philippines and grew up in Concord, California. Anne held a B.S. in Network Systems Administration and enjoyed working as a supervisor at East Oakland Community Project.
A mother to Nathan 21, Tristan 13, and Davian 11, she is also survived by her parents, Mario and Grelyd, her sister Leah, and her brother Ian. Anne will be remembered by her extended family in the US, Philippines, Australia, and the friends whose lives she touched.
The best way to describe Anne is through her Instagram, @2indulgefreely, and Facebook, Indulge Mgm. She documented the days she felt alive and well and posted inspirational passages as motivation to push her through times of darkness. Through social media she shared not only her journey, but her love. May her soul rest in paradise with our Lord.
Visitation will be at Queen of Heaven St. Cecilia chapel on Monday, April 25th starting at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Queen of Heaven cemetery.
