A 41 year resident of Pittsburg, California, Vlad was born July 13, 1976 in Nuremberg, Germany to, and survived by, Virgilio and Merubi Cezar; Loving husband to Samantha Cezar; Father of Jade, Deric, and Isaiah Cezar; Brother to Vernon Cezar and Patrick Cezar (Nora Morelos); Uncle and Godfather to Jazmine Cezar; Godfather to Robby Megia; He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and the mother of his first two children (Jade and Deric), Liza Ellicks.
